I was not a runner today. Too bad, so sad. Well, I walked it. Can't believe it is nearly 60 degrees out there. So nice. But I think I was over dressed for running. And I had one of those strange sleep mornings. And I haven't eaten since yesterday at lunch. Of course, I ate enough yesterday at lunch to nourish my body for months.
40 degrees, sweats and tneck. Over dressing for 2 miles is not problematic! Yes, it's been a while. Yoga the day before Thanksgiving was cold and uncomfortable. Not worth the blog. The cross country course in LA was awsome. 3.2 miles of walk/run, but still no blog. Not a real loss, no other movement has occurred until this week.
This is where I will keep track of my physical fitness. Here I can keep track of my running/biking times, my yoga practice, and occasionally my weight.
