Mon - CFT 3.2 - 40:44

Wow, I worked hard on this run, and yet, I was strong almost to the end. My recovery was very short. 52degrees, t-neck grey wo pants. Perfect. And faster!

I overdressed, yes, but that cannot account for all the burn! It has only been a couple of weeks, but it still feels like starting over. Oh-well, tire is fixed now, now I can ride more often.

Wed. HS Track 3mi - Yoga

Timed 3 miles at High School Track.
Mile 1 - 10:33
Mile 2 - 11:10
Mile 3 - 11:27
Total - 33:10

Fairly consistent times, considering. I was suffering a small amount of shin cramping. Afterwards, I felt a great peace come over me, like I used to feel when I was training for a marathon. I'll be running more sooner that I thought.

Then Yoga, 24 people in a little room. Mats side by side, front to back. It was crazy, but I sure felt good afterward.

Windy, 38degrees, t-shirt, t-neck, sweat shirt, grey wo pants, sweat pants. Just a little warm, but less might have been too cold. Better safe than sorry. Ran the entire distance, was very tired at the end.

Thur - CFT 3.2 NT

I couldn't find my watch, so I left without it. Too bad, too, because I ran the entire distance!!!!!!!! OH YEAH!!!!!! It felt so good to do it. I was concerned that that special part of me had died, but apparently it was just sleeping for a while. If I can keep this up, I will be running the City of Trees Marathon next year!

Wed - Yoga - lower back

Went to Yoga tonight. Worked on lower back, did lots of stuff with the chair, stuff I can do anytime. I was so tired and really didn't feel up to going and doing, but I did it and am glad I did.

Sun - CFT 3.2 NT

48 degrees. sweatpants, tneck. 3:00. just about right. Started rough, ran for a while in the zone, but tired out with .5 to go. I'll have to check on the distance, I think it is farther when running from house and back.

Don't even want to talk about diet.
