FRI CFT 2.3 mi jog/walk

50 degrees, sweat shirt/sweat pants, just about right. Ran entire first mile! alternated walk and jog remaining mile.

THU Bike, 7 mile loop

50 degrees, wind 12 mph. Wore sweat shirt, sweat pants, gloves and full coat (should have just worn shell). Beautiful day for a ride!

Yoga at the church with Joyce. Restorative, very nice and relaxing. Ordered blanket and bolster, paid $80 cash.

THU Bike 7 mi

It was supposed to be nice, and if it weren't for the icy cold wind it would have been. I wore my sweatshirt and tneck, but really needed ear muffs and gloves. I think it was in the mid 30s to low 40s. It didn't kill me the way last week's ride did.

FRI - Bike 7 miles

Great day for a bike ride. In the 50s slight breeze, I wore my sweats and tneck. Perfect. But oh my gosh was it hard. I have been sooooooo lazy.

Wed - Yoga - 2 mile walk

Yoga, 1 1/2 hours at church. walked to store and back. Yoga on Wednesday is a lot harder than the yoga on Mondays!
