WED Bike 7mi loop, Yoga

That's right! I rode my bike, then went to yoga. I talked to teacher about being super limber lately, she didn't know why. Then, as I sat, I realized, the difference is that I'm not running like I used to. When all you do is yoga, your body stretches and learns balance. I have been hiking a bit, which is too much fun to be excercise. I think that yoga will have to become an everyday activity. I like being super limber, almost like before 3rd grade!

MON - Centennial Trail

Hiked Centennial Trail with Zach. Instead of walking road back up to car, we chose to climb up to it. Soooo much fun! Heart pounding, breathing hard, and sweating, but still, too fun to be excercise.

THU - Walk on Centennial trail

I hiked the centennial trail with Megan. We got to the top and chose to cut across desert to get back to car. It was probably 4-5 miles round trip.

WED 2 mile walk/run cft and Yoga - Church

So I wanted to make up for yesterday's laziness with a walk/run and yoga. So that is exactly what I did. Again I felt overly flexible today. I wanted to ask Joyce about it, but she was busy. Love the new blanket and bolster that I ordered. They are most excellent, and they were almost $30 less than expected! So I had her put the balance on my yoga class account.

MON Yoga - School

Felt good enough for yoga today! I sure am bendy right now. Then I went for a walk with Dale at Shoshone Falls. I love the way Shoshone Falls looks in this font!

Still Ill

Still ill, kill bill, ill will, hmmm. Anyway, last Monday at yoga I felt sooooooo good! It was wonderful! Then Tuesday Morning I knew I was starting to come down with some illness. Stillness. nooooo. Well, I ran the CFT (mostly walked) and then went shopping w/daughter. Then I knew I was in trouble. So don't think that because my feet haven't been running for a week that nothing about be is! That's right, running a fever, nose running, eyes running. I think I am getting a little better now, but, the drive I went on tonight was scary. For some reason, this cold really messes with perception.
