Timed 3 miles at High School Track.

Fairly consistent times, considering. I was suffering a small amount of shin cramping. Afterwards, I felt a great peace come over me, like I used to feel when I was training for a marathon. I'll be running more sooner that I thought.
Then Yoga, 24 people in a little room. Mats side by side, front to back. It was crazy, but I sure felt good afterward.
