Early today, I walked to CSI to check out the ruckus. Turns out, they have just installed a public address system on the CSI tower, and they were trying it out. So, I was right about the sound I was hearing. This evening I walked the RCP. Nice, 74o pleasant walk. Lots of bugs and people tonight.
