THU Centennial Trail and Yoga at Home

Hey, I even ran some of it today! Then, I finally started Rodney Yee's Moving Toward Balance 8 week program. My balance was really off!

One of my karate brothers is doing "hot yoga", and is getting a LOT out of it! He almost talked me into doing it, then I sprained my shoulder (actually the joint between my collarbone and my sternum, which actually has a disk like the one in a knee in it). Downward-facing dog is a bitch with a bum shoulder! :-D
